- Free From: Gluten, Wheat,
Soy, Sesame, Potato.
Ingredients: Makes approx 30 biscuits
- 75g soft butter
- 50g soft brown sugar
- ¼ cup castor sugar
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 1 teaspoon almond essence
- 150g Goodness Me Baking
Mix
- 1 teaspoon Gluten free
Baking powder
- pinch salt
- ½ cup dried cranberries
Method
- Preheat oven to 190oC fan bake.
- With an electric beater, beat together the
butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg and almond essence and beat again
- Mix in dry ingredients and cranberries
- Place is teaspoon lots on cold baking tray.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes at 190oC fan
bake until golden brown.
- Remove from tray and cool on wire rack.
- When cool, store in airtight tin.
