- Free From: Gluten, Wheat, Soy, Sesame, Potato.
Ingredients- 75g soft butter
- 50g soft brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon Gluten free Baking powder
- ¼ cup castor sugar
- pinch of salt
- 1 egg (beaten)
- Red Jam (raspberry/strawberry/plum etc)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 150g Goodness Me Baking Mix
Method - Preheat oven to 190oC fan bake.
- With an electric beater, beat together the butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg and vanilla and beat again
- Mix in dry ingredients
- Place is small teaspoon lots on cold baking tray.
- Make a depression with the handle of a teaspoon in the top of each biscuit on the tray and place ¼ teaspoon of jam in each depression.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes at 190oC fan bake until golden brown.
- Remove from tray and cool on wire rack.
- When cool, store in airtight tin.
