Irresistable Chocolate Chip Biscuits

    Gluten, Wheat, Soy, Sesame, Potato.

 

Ingredients: Makes up to 50 depending on size of biscuits.

  • 2 cups Goodness Me Baking Mix             
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking soda  
  • ½ teaspoon salt                                                     
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 egg
  • 175g butter melted
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Method:

  1. Turn oven on to 170o C fan bake. ( 180oC normal)
  2. Prepare baking trays with baking paper.
  3. Put first 7 ingredients into a bowl, (baking mix, soda, salt, sugars, vanilla & egg)
  4. Mix through with a fork.
  5. Melt the butter and add to bowl then mix togethe well.
  6. Lastly, add the chocolate chips to the dough and mix through thoroughly to evenly distribute.
  7. Spoon in little heaps onto the prepared baking trays, allowing room to double in size. 
  8. Bake in oven for 12- 15 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Remove from oven and remove to cooling rack.
  10. Repeat  steps 7-9 until all dough used up.
