OODLES BISCUITS

  • Free From: Gluten, Wheat, Soy, Sesame, Potato, Eggs

Ingredients

(You might like to add raisins or currants, and mixed spice if you fancy something slightly different.)

Method
1. Turn oven on to 160
°C fan bake.
2. Prepare up to 3 baking sheets (if you have three) with baking paper.
3. In a saucepan melt together butter, sugar, golden syrup and baking soda until the sugar is dissolved.
4. Remove from the heat and add 3 cups of your chosen bread mix.
5. Mix well.
6. Place in teaspoonfuls on baking trays about 10cm apart and bake for 10 minutes. (approximately 16 per tray)
7. Prepare the next tray while the others cook.
8. Leave on the baking tray for a few minutes to ‘set' before transferring to a wire cake rack to cool.
9. Repeat steps 6-8 until all dough is used up. Makes up to 70 biscuits or ‘oodles' of biscuits as my children would say.
