Crepes & Pancakes

French Crepes

  • Free From: Gluten, Wheat, Dairy, Soy, Sesame, Potato
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup of Goodness Me Crepe Mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Tablespoon of butter
  • 1½ cups of milk (for dairy free use ½ cup of coconut cream and 1 cup water - no butter)
Method:

To make approx 7 crepes in a 26cm pan.
1. Measure 1 cup of crepe mix into a bowl.
2. Add the remaining ingredients and beat until smooth.
3. Let stand for 15min before use.
4. Cook one at a time in a non-stick frying pan
